          If you can make the house so nice that we love it, we will stay to live in Tarifa. Something like that is what the owners said to the interior decorator while enjoying their holidays in Tarifa. The former owner asked them to conserve the typical style the house was built in as it reflects the same style as the houses in the old town itself, but then in the countryside. The new owners agreed and kept all authentic details such as the iron bars in front of the windows, the floor from natural stone coming from Tarifa and the wooden doors. This gives the house a special feeling when entering it

           Although it doesn't look like it from the outside the new rear part of the house exists of two floors. The wooden furniture and the kitchen is painted in the same color as the outdoor woodwork and the iron bars in front of the windows, making it all belonging together. But the best decoration are the views to the Strait of Gibraltar, the Atlantic ocean and the African coastline which you can see from every part of the house. Beachview Villa la Peña is now a fantastic cosy holiday house which is surrounded by large terraces. The Villa has a large lovely garden with two huge palm trees from over a 100 years old.In summer and winter it is great to stay under the covered terrace with lounge sofas overlooking the private pool. Look at the sky full of stars from the dining area with crystal roof, enjoy a drink in the shade of the outdoor living room or watch the kids having fun in the swimming pool. And why not start the day fresh with a yoga session, do some exercises in the outdoor gym to be followed by an outdoor shower overlooking the virgin Tarifa beaches running from the town to the famous Hurricane hotel. From the terrace you have a view on the famous wind surf and kite zone of Hurricane Hotel, Arte Vida, Dos Mares and Los Lances. At the moment you see the first windsurfers and kite surfers on the water, you are within 2 min at that location where you can practice your favourite water sport. The main building contains an unique entrance hall and a spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, a dining room (conservatory) with sea view , fully equipped kitchen, maintenance room with washing machine and dryer , separate toilet , 1 large bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and walk-in closet.
